Positions:

Managing Director

Responsibilities: General management and operational oversight of the firm. Responsible for the operations of a region or practice area. Develops and manages advisory relationships with key client executives. Facilitates the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives. Charts the strategic development and direction of the firm.

Experience and Education: Fifteen or more years of progressive professional experience including seven or more years of experience in general management (CEO, President, COO, GM) and/or management consulting at the senior executive level. Bachelors degree; graduate / doctoral degree desirable.

Director

Responsibilities: Directs client engagement teams. Develops and manages client relationships within assigned accounts. Leads regional and local marketing activities. Leads the design and implementation of client solutions as well as solution offerings within the firm. Manages quality assurance and risk management for client initiatives.

Experience and Education: Nine to twelve years of progressive professional experience including five years of experience in program and project management. Capable of overseeing large-scale, multi-phase initiatives with annual budgets exceeding $2.0MM. Colleagues in this position may also maintain subject matter expertise in particular industries or solution areas. Bachelors degree; graduate degree desirable

Managing Consultant

Responsibilities: Leads the day-to-day activities of client engagement teams. Manages daily activities and communications with clients on project status and issues. Integral in developing client solutions and managing their implementation. Manages quality of client work. Actively involved in marketing and new client development activities.

Experience and Education: Seven or more years of progressive professional experience including two years of experience in program and project management. Capable of managing large-scale, multi-phase initiatives. Colleagues in this position may also maintain subject matter expertise in particular industries or solution areas. Bachelors degree; graduate degree desirable.

Senior Consultant

Responsibilities: Leverages experience and knowledge to provide advanced skills and capabilities within engagement teams. Leads engagement analyses and assessments. Oversees engagement component teams. Provides senior-level technology skills, oversight and quality assurance. Participates in the development of new client business through the generation of proposals, preparation of presentations, and development of marketing materials.

Experience and Education: Five to seven years of progressive professional experience. At least three years of proven management consulting experience. Bachelors degree; graduate degree desirable.

Consultant

Responsibilities: Participates in the execution of client engagements. Performs comprehensive analyses, research, modeling, and technical tasks.

Experience and Education: Three to five years of professional experience or successful completion of applicable graduate program (i.e., MBA) and internship. Bachelors degree; graduate degree desirable.

Project Administrator

Responsibilities: Provides administrative management services to engagement teams. This includes project accounting, documentation preparation and finishing, preparation of client reports, and other required administrative services.

Experience and Education: Three to five years of project accounting and administration services. Bachelors degree.
