We call this process Aspire because that's what we do. We aspire to a mutually-satisfying venture together, to a successful outcome for you, and to a lasting relationship between our two companies and our people.

Aspire divides an otherwise large and complex initiative into small, manageable stages, thereby putting it on a more human scale, making it easier to focus and reducing risk. Here's how we Aspire:

1. Assess: make unbiased observations of the current state
2. Synthesize: distill down all the components and set goals and get agreement
3. Plan: devise the strategic direction the engagement will follow
4. Initialize: model, form and measured implementation
5. Reassess: Together, we stop and reassess – making sure we are on course but also that the course itself hasn't changed. If it has, we make adjustments. If it hasn't, we proceed.
6. Execute: launch the current stage then proceed to the next.
